BILAT USA 4.0 has 16 partners, six from the USA and ten from Europe. They represent a well-balanced mix of competencies, expertise and access to relevant stakeholder networks across the EU and USA. Partners are national funding organisations, research management agencies, multipliers, think tanks, research institutions and research and innovation consultancies.

The Project Management Agency (PT) at the German Aerospace Centre (DLR) assists several German Federal Ministries in planning and implementing national research programmes in various thematic areas, providing political analysis and recommendations and giving support for public relation and communication activities.

APRE is a non‐profit research organisation based in Italy that provides information, assistance and training in order to promote Italian participation on European Research and Technological Development programmes. The Miami‐Florida European Union Center of Excellence, (MEUCE) is a consortium of Florida International University (FIU) and the University of Miami (UM), established in the Fall of 2001. The Miami‐Florida EUCE, is a member of the Network of European Union Centers (www.euce.org). Currently, there are eight European Union Centers of Excellence in the US. Their goals are to promote the study of the EU, its institutions and policies and EU‐US relations through teaching programs, scholarly research and outreach activities in local and regional communities.
