From September 25th through October 1st, 2018 The National Council of University Research Administrators (NCURA) hosted BILAT USA 4.0 workshops throughout 3 American cities. The workshops aimed to strengthen research collaboration between the EU/US and sought to promote cooperation and funding opportunities as well.
The workshops which were held in Chicago, IL, Atlanta, GA and Tempe, AZ utilized hands-on exercises to teach U.S research administrators and researchers how to participate in Horizon 2020, how to put together a competitive proposal as well as best practices for managing a H2020 grant. Two European and one American faculty members led the workshops
